Just ignore the grass in there...oops!

I’ve been picking the basil and using it to make sandwiches with sundried tomato paste, tomatoes, and mozzarella. It tastes like summer and is one of my seasonal favorites.

I'm looking forward to mixed greens straight from the garden.

It’s been a good month so far, but I need to get out and play in the dirt more. I’m really looking forward to eating all the veggies that will soon (hopefully) be abundant.
