Thanksgiving Snowstorm

It wasn’t a typical Thanksgiving, but there was so much to be thankful for today. I’m grateful that we didn’t lose power beyond a few flickers, that we weren’t planning in traveling far, and that my parents opened their home to a friend who found herself not being able to go home after all. Mostly, I’m thankful for my family and friends. And for the snow!

early morning snowI was up early for last minute food prep and saw that another 6 inches had fallen since we’d shoveled last night.

More dog walks happened at my parents’ house.

It was a snowy Thanksgiving, but a very happy one.
